Design of rotor magnetic barrier structure of built-in permanent magnet motor based on taguchi method

چکیده
In this paper, a 20kW vehicle built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as an example, and magnetic barrier structure added to the rotor of solve uneven saturation problem side bridge. This improves air-gap flux density waveform by influencing internal path rotor, thus improving sine no-load back EMF reducing torque ripple motor. At same time, Taguchi method used optimize structural parameters barrier. order facilitate analysis its phenomenon improve optimization effect, simple equivalent network (EMN) model considering bridge established in initial values factors are selected based on model. Finally, distortion rate, output optimized compared analyzed, influence electromagnetic performance also analyzed. The results show that can not change much possible basis rate ripple.
